Vertex Facades was established to deliver what the Western Australian market lacked: a specialist aluminium and glazed facade contractor with strong offshore manufacturing partnerships, genuine local fabrication capability, and the internal systems to manage complex, scaled commercial projects reliably.
Our primary manufacturing model is built on established offshore partnerships that deliver scale, repeatability, and cost efficiency for large commercial facade packages. This is supported by a full local fabrication facility equipped with advanced Italian FOM Industrie 5-axis CNC machinery — providing the flexibility and control required where programme speed, customisation, or tighter oversight demands it.

Compliance is not a box to tick at the end of a project. We coordinate and document performance against AS2047, AS1288, AS4284, and NCC requirements throughout design, fabrication, and installation.

Early Design Engagement
We engage during design development to identify buildability issues, coordinate with structural and services engineers, and establish a fabrication and procurement strategy before the programme is committed.
Fabrication Strategy
Manufacturing approach is determined project by project. Local fabrication is used where flexibility, speed, and control are required. Offshore manufacturing is used where scale and repeatability deliver the best overall outcome.
Installation Planning
Detailed installation sequencing is developed well in advance of site mobilisation. Interface management, trade coordination, and compliance documentation are all resolved before work begins on site.
Programme Delivery
We track programme performance against commitments and escalate risks early. Clients receive transparent reporting and proactive communication. Compliance documentation is maintained and handed over at completion.
