Current Opportunities
Estimator / Facade Engineer
Full-TimeGnangara, WAWe are looking for an experienced estimator or facade engineer to join our commercial team. You will be responsible for preparing detailed tender submissions, reviewing architectural drawings, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, and supporting early design engagement with clients and builders. Experience in facade systems, glazing, window wall & curtainwall is essential.
Key Requirements
- —3+ years experience in facade, glazing, window wall or curtainwall estimation
- —Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- —Strong understanding of Australian Standards and NCC requirements
- —Experience with offshore procurement and local fabrication coordination
- —Proficiency in estimating and Microsoft Office
Project Manager — Facade
Full-TimeGnangara, WAWe are seeking a project manager with a strong background in commercial facade delivery to manage the full lifecycle of facade packages from contract award through to handover. You will coordinate design, procurement, fabrication, and installation across multiple concurrent projects, working closely with builders, engineers, and our internal delivery team. Comfort with onsite project management is essential.
Key Requirements
- —5+ years experience managing commercial facade or glazing packages
- —Demonstrated ability to manage programme, budget, and compliance documentation
- —Strong communication skills with builders, subcontractors, and consultants
- —Comfortable managing onsite delivery in live commercial construction environments
- —Experience with shop drawing review and compliance documentation
Aluminium Fabricator
Full-TimeGnangara, WAWe are looking for a skilled aluminium fabricator to join our Gnangara workshop team. You will be responsible for all aspects of workshop fabrication — cutting, CNC fabrication, assembly, glazing, and quality inspection of commercial facade components. Reading fabrication drawings and shop drawings is a core part of the role. Safety and quality control are central to every role at Vertex.
Key Requirements
- —Trade qualification in aluminium fabrication or glazing (preferred)
- —Experience across all aspects of workshop fabrication — cutting, CNC fabrication, assembly, and glazing
- —Ability to read fabrication drawings and shop drawings accurately
- —Strong commitment to safety and quality control — non-negotiable at Vertex
- —Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a high-output production environment
Facade Installer
Full-TimePerth Metro & Regional WAWe are seeking experienced facade installers to join our site team for commercial glazing, curtainwall, and aluminium window and door installations across Perth and regional Western Australia. You will work on high-profile commercial projects, installing systems that require precision, care, and a strong commitment to safety.
Key Requirements
- —2+ years experience in commercial glazing, curtainwall, or aluminium facade installation
- —Current Construction White Card
- —Working at Heights certification
- —Ability to work in live commercial construction environments
- —EWP licence is an advantage
