As part of the METRONET programme, the new Bayswater Station required a $5 million-plus custom aluminium cladding package across the elevated rail-over-road bridge structures. METRONET Victoria Park–Canning Level Crossing Removal
$3.8m custom glazed facade across five stations
Vertex Facades designed, fabricated, and installed bespoke glazed facade systems across five stations on the METRONET Victoria Park–Canning Level Crossing Removal project — delivering to two separate principal contractors with all five sites active simultaneously. Each facade incorporated large-format printed glass panels forming part of the primary building envelope.

Serai Apartments is a premium residential development in North Fremantle comprising 88 luxury apartments and 11 townhouses across two eight-level buildings. Vertex Facades delivered 5,200 sqm of thermally broken windows and doors, including complex curved double-glazed units that follow the building's distinctive architectural form.

Perth Airport Skybridge
Glazed pedestrian bridge with aluminium louvres
The Perth Airport Skybridge is an elevated glazed pedestrian walkway connecting the terminal precinct with the Airport Central Rail Station. Catholic Homes Belmont

This 96-bed residential aged care facility in Belmont required 1,200 sqm of windows, doors, and a feature glazed canopy.
